Awalnya kita ragu untuk menuju laguna (segara anakan) karena saat ini adalah musim hujan. terbayang betapa susahnya berjalan di track yang basah, licin, dan berlumpur. menurut pengalaman kami pada musim hujan track menuju laguna sangat susah, dibutuhkan waktu 3 jam lebih untuk sampai disana. setelah berdiskusi dengan para peserta  trip ini,  dan dengan hati yang mantab kita berangkat juga menuju laguna yang merupakan main spot di pulau sempu. dengan menggunakan perahu tradisional kami menyeberang ke pulau sempu, post point pertama adalah teluk semut. dari teluk semut kita trekking di tengah hutan tropis & mangrove yang basah menuju laguna dengan jarak tempuh sekitar 2,4 km. dengan berjalan di track yang berlumpur ini kami membutuhkan waktu 2 jam lebih untuk sampai di laguna.  terbayar sudah perjuangan para peserta setelah sampai di laguna, sebuah surga kecil menyambut kami. mereka tersenyum lebar melepas lelah dan kegirangan seakan tidak percaya bisa sampai disini.

they are from singapore, one of them is my friend who  years ago came here. this trip starts from juanda airport and proceed to batu city. on the second day we did a batu city tour. Our next trip is very far, its like 7 hours bumpy night ride to Yogyakarta. on the third day we spent the time  and relaxing in hotel.

As a  luxury hotel located on Bromo area, the modern  features room, private balcony, bar and gallery center. It also has a grand restaurant that can accomadate 100 guest. its clean, good hotel for view and stay in Bromo.

Pertama yang bikin kami penasaran adalah nama dari air terjun ini, kenapa dinamakan Coban Kembar Watu Ondo. sebelum menuju ke lokasi air terjun tersebut kami coba menterjemahkan arti dari nama air terjun tersebut. “Coban” kalo diartikan air terjun, “Kembar” yaitu kembar, “Watu Ondo” bisa diartikan tangga batu. untuk menyatukan arti keseluruhan dari nama air terjun tersebut membuat kami bingung. akhirnya kami harus menuju lokasi tersebut untuk mendapatkan jawabannya.

air terjun ini terletak di area Taman Hutan Rakyat Raden Soerjo, lokasinya tepat berada diperbatasan antara wilyah Malang dan Mojekerto. sekitar 3 km dari taman wisata air panar Cangar atau 38 km dari kota Malang dan 8 km dari kecamatan Pacet Mojokerto.

Untuk menuju air terjun ini dari pintu masuk harus berjalanan kaki menuruni lembah sekitar 200 meter. jalan setapak dibentuk dari tumpukan batu menyerupai tangga yang mengular. mungkin karena banyaknya tangga batu ini maka nama air terjun ini dinamakan ‘Watu Ondo”. 10 meter menuruni anak tangga kita akan melihat air terjun yang tingginya sekitar 30 – 40 meter dan tidak hanya satu melainkan 3 air terjun yag berjejer. dimana 2 air terjun yang besar dan ditengah-tengahnya juga terdapat air terjun yg kecil. dan mungkin ini kenapa dinamakan “kembar” karena ada air terjun yang berjejer.

Last weekend we bring our clients to stay at Ketapang Indah Hotel. i think they  rest here and enjoy the facilities of a hotel before doing Ijen Crater tour  is a good thing . this hotel building, a modern style mixed with local traditional full of creativity. there are many properties of wood with beautiful carvings on each corner of the hotel room. representative cafe open 24 hours, is more service from the hotel. food & beverages served very tasty and not expensive. there is a swimming pool and bar to relax which is also open for 24 hours. in the backyard of the hotel we’ill find a beach with the background of Bali island.

The rain water drains into the crater of Mount Bromo, there is no smoke coming out. on this rainy season the water will cover the crater holes. maybe the day after tomorrow will be a lake

We really enjoyed the break time in the area of Pasir Putih beach. Here we had lunch at local restaurant and we also relax at the beach. there are many fishing boats, hotels, food stalls. here also there is a traditional boat dock,  make ​​us want to take pictures at  the dock  bridges.
